- This delegate is presenting an abstract at this event.
Sam Robinson’s research interest is the exploration of natural sources for drugs and research tools. One such source, animal venoms, represent a rich and largely under-exploited library of unique bioactive peptides with remarkable potential for biomedical application. His current research project involves the discovery and characterision of novel bioactive peptides from the venomous cone snail, Conus victoriae. While he’s not researching, he helps his wife Kate run her very successful international wedding photography business (katerobinsonphotography.com) and enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.
